Nevertheless, THC-P has been found in the recent research conducted by Italian scientists. In that study, the researchers used advanced technology on the natural cannabis plant. And during that process, they noticed the THC P component.
Moreover, the laboratory testings with this particular cannabis compound showed that it is 30 times more effectively binds with the body's CB1 receptor than Delta 9 THC. And as the team of Italian scientists suggest, THC-P can help with pain relief, hypomobility, insomnia, and decreased temperature in the rectum. The effects are almost similar to regular THC but with additional potency.

THCP is a relatively new discovery in the cannabis world, and research beyond the initial findings by the team who identified it is still lacking. However, early observations suggest promising potential for medical use.

THCP may offer more effective pain relief for patients needing higher doses of THC in their treatment. In larger quantities, it could also produce sedative effects similar to those of high-dose THC, potentially helping with insomnia or severe pain management.
