Refund policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns of all unopened, unused, and undamaged products. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products. Returning product(s) must be in its original packaging. We accept returns no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to make sure the product is returned to us safely and securely.
We are not held responsible for health or fitness claims or any general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their products.
To complete your return, we require a Sales Receipt or Invoice.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing.

We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional shipping cost to our customers.
If the customer refused the packages for any other reason, there would be a 15% restocking fee along with the shipping charge.
Before you ship the product(s) back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice.
Note: Any product must be returned in original packaging and accessories. We can not accept a return without all the included items.
Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
