Free Shipping With No Minimum Orders

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Though most orders are processed within 24 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. Orders are processed during weekdays 9:30 am-4 pm PST. Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays. 

Shipments Outside The United States

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Address Submission
Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Missing Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company. Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.

Returning Items
Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused products. Once it is received and verified unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued for that item after a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Privacy And Discretion
Order from will be shipped in plain package envelopes or boxes.

We accept returns of all unopened, unused, and undamaged products. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products. Returning product(s) must be in its original packaging. We accept returns no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to make sure the product is back to us safely and securely. We are not held responsible for health or fitness claims, or any general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their products.  

To complete your return, we require a Sales Receipt or Invoice. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Used Hardware, Worn Apparel, Sale or discontinued items. Feel free to contact us before placing an order. We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional shipping cost to our customers. If the customer refused the packages for any other reason, there would be a 15% restocking fee along with the shipping charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Before you ship the product(s) back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice.

Note: Any product must be returned in original packaging and accessories. We can not accept a return without all the included items.

Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
